How to block all the rubbish email?

Have obviously managed to be put on mailing lists, and I'm receiving around 20 emails a day from life insurance, credit cards, betting sites, all sorts of rubbish. Is there a way of blocking them all rather than going through each one, unsubscribing? This is very time consuming. My email is with talktalk on AOL. Would really appreciate any help.

Have you tried unroll.me? google it. Great site. Unsubscribes you from all the shite quickly and easily.

Brilliant thanks, I'll try. Have just read that I've made matters worse by unsubscribing each bldy one; this makes it clear your address is active so you get loads more. Grr.

I go through and mark them all as spam.
So they still come, but go straight to the spam folder and get deleted automatically. That is on Yahoo - I don't know if talktalk has the same system.

I have this at work
Every bloody day I get emails trying to sell me Viagra or Calis, whatever that is
Or Russian brides
The latest ones are about getting a degree to get a better job. I've already got a degree and I'm the manager, so I can't go any higher!
I just blacklist them all but they just send them from different addresses.
