I have had my iPad for nearly a year. Yesterday it froze and the shop I bought it from restored the iOS and charged me £12.00 - £10.00 for the restoration and £2.00 in VAT.
I'm a bit worried that it may happen again as it is quite a lot to pay on a regular basis.
Any advice as how to deal with this? Can I prevent the freeze? Do the restore myself? If so how?
