Phone messages

I have an android phone and until now have been able to text no problem. Today however whenever I text one particular friend the message bounces back to me and she therefore doesn't see it. I receive messages from her no problem but I can't reply. Any ideas!!

If it only applies to one friend and you have the correct number for her the problem will be at her end, not yours. She may have accidentally blocked you.

That's what I thought but she's checked and it's not the case. Wouldn't blocking mean neither would receive messages from each other?
