I am wanting a virtual landline for the business I am setting up.
I was going to go with EE and their pocket landline, but I have seen very good reviews for Sipgate.
The problem is, it offers so much, that I am completely lost to what it actually is and does.
Anyone kind enough to explain to me in extremely simplistic terms, what I would be able to do?
It says about going through your pc, but a women on their customer service told me I could download an app to my phone and do it that way. Softphone? But I have no idea what that means.
I asked if I could have different ring tones, so i would know who had rung my personal number and who had rung my business number, but she didn't know the answer.
Do i keep my contract with my existing mobile provided?
