I don't know anything about Spotify, except it has 3 levels Ds is always blathering on about premium. So I thought I would investigate the cost. It doesn't seem to be available where I live overseas but Ds is in the uk.
So can I purchase it for him or do I just give him the money? And if so how much is it? Thanks

For me, the best thing is you can use it offline. So the DCs can all download playlists and play them seperately, and I can go for a run with music on my phone.

Exactly what Cointreau said. £9.99 monthly, you can organise your playlists more easily and download them to your other devices which is great for not using up your data allowance when out and about. There is a Radio function which plays random stuff based on artists you've listened to (not sure if that's exclusive to premium though). Plus, no ads. I pay monthly by direct debit.
