The one thing that DD really wants for her 13th birthday is Minecraft PC. We have no issue with the cost of the game, she knows there will be limits on time spent playing, our issue is whether we need to buy her her own laptop to play it which would really stretch the budget for her birthday and eat into the Christmas budget too.
Our current laptop has more than enough RAM, HDD space and the recommended processors so my feeling is that loading it on the family laptop would be fine, my husband is convinced it will completely gum things up and we won't be able to get our e-mail open.
Anyone have experience of Minecraft on a shared laptop?
