I know Virgin Media have been messing with changed their email lately, but until today my email account with ntlworld.com had been working fine.
However, this morning when I tried to retrieve my emails I got the message " imap.ntlworld.com is not responding". So I thought I'd better delete then re-add my account in Settings.
When I try & re-add it, first it gives the message "imap.ntlworld.com on port 993 timed out". Then if I continue by pressing NEXT it warns me that "this account may not be able to send or receive emails" - and it's right I can't!!
Grrr!! What to do? Anyone clever peeps got any ideas please?
