irritating message after email

I've got Hotmail set up on my phone- a Sony Experia z3- and all outgoing emails end with a message saying sent from my Sony on O2. how cam I change this? thanks.

It sounds like the signature is set,

Click on Setting icon in the top right of your Hotmail id, Click on "More mail settings" in the drop down panel. Click on "Formatting, font and signature" within Writing email option. write your signature in ":personal signature" and click on save.
