SuperAdRemove ads are on the browser

I accidentally downloaded SuperAdRemove malware on Macbook. Google offers many posts like this one, but they are usually detailed steps for Windows system. Unluckily I still cannot remove ads from my Mac. I need quick help so as to complete my paper.

Check your browser settings, extensions and remove Superadremove.
Download malwarebytes for mac and run it
