How easy would it be to create something like those personality quizzes you see on Facebook?

Note, I have done NO programming since messing about in Basic in the mid 1980s. So I'd be starting pretty much from scratch.

I'd like to create a really simple quiz-like thing, where you're asked to pick options from various lists, and then at the end an answer is spat out, based on the options you choose. Would need to be user-friendly, so not clunky to use.

Is there any easy way for a tech-idiot to do this?
