Never seen this one before on a commercial website:

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Oopsie, weren't expecting to be so popular hey...

Indeed not - they tried to economize by going for the cheaper deal. Contact them and let them know that you couldn't get in and would they revisit their package? (And try again next billing month if they don't - probably tomorrow (July 1.))

It's rather good news for them, actually, if it's a commercial site.
