I smashed the screen on my Lumia this morning... Luckily due an upgrade so now have a brand spanking new phone. Automatically transferred all my contacts when I set it up but for the life of me cannot figure out how I'm going to get my photo's and video's off my old phone. I've plugged it into the PC but nothing's happening because I can't unlock it 
Please, anybody, some bright ideas. And no, I'm not smart enough to have backed up to cloud or anything similar...
