I have an iPad Air, over the past couple of days I keep getting the Apple symbol come up every time I go online.
It just comes up for a second or so, and then goes back to the lock screen.
I don't have a laptop, so want to know what's the best way to reset it without losing everything? I have all my apps backed up to the cloud.
Also, do Apple products get viruses these days?
