Just came across the fact that you can get your mobile to ring (eg if you've put it down somewhere in the house) via your web browser. If you search for "find my phone" in Google, or use *> [[https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager Android Device Manager]] <* then you can choose which mobile and click to ring it. If lost or stolen and not in your posession, you can wipe the data on the phone, and/or lock it {I suggest locking it first, so if someone picks it up they will be asked for your PIN, meanwhile you may be able to determine its location as the web browser will show that, if your phone can be located via GPS} I've only experimented with a few of my phones so far, and yes, can force them to ring {handy for some with no SIM in at present!} Hope it helps someone find their phone, or protect their data if theirs is stolen / completely lost... *NB under Settings, in 'Location and Security', you may need to enable 'Android Device Manager' within 'Device Administrators' section.*
