Sharing photos

help! Please can anyone explain simply how I could share pictures from an iPod to someone else's iPad. I am looking at a week's worth, not just one or two.

Do both devices use the same apple account?

If they do just use iCloud

If not create a shared photo stream with their apple account and they will be shared
