I am getting an error message

Can anyone tell me what it is.its on my iPad and it happens when I go to refresh on a thread. This is the exact message

Safari cannot open the page
The error was " the operation could not be completed. ( KCF error domainCF network error 303)

I will put thus in site stuff as well. It's not happening on other web pages. Thanks

Thankyou for the reply , I will read the link and see what it says.

So it looks like our router may be the problem. I have to say it does keep going off recently so maybe it's time for a new one.
