Any tech forums out there for women?

I was a developer who has currently been out of the market for the last two years since having my second dd. I feel like I have fallen out of the proverbial tech loop, and need to assess what to do career and skills wise to get back to work again in the IT field.
I could really do with looking at this from a female perspective, since most of the other sites I use are typically frequented by male coders who have all the time in the world since they do not have the worries of childcare, work/life balance or being woken up several times in the night by a teething toddler. Any like minded female techies out there know of any sites that would help?

At the risk of sounding like a bitch - i cant see why you need a 'female perspective website'

You are looking for the skills needed to return to work - online learning can be paused.
