Email sent to my contact list...gmail... Virus?

I looked into sent items and there are lots of emails sent yo my contact list without my knowledge? What shall I do? Can I send emails to all my contacts that I did not send an email?

Deffo sounds like virus. Contact whoever hosts your email and they'll have procedures. Had it with My Yahoo account and they restored my contacts which the virus had wiped once it had sent email! Watch out for that!
