I keep getting this error atikmdag.sys - what should I do?

It keeps going blue screen on me & dying

Is it easy to fix?

More details... Assuming a windows laptop/desktop? What version of windows? Does this happen randomly or when you do something specific? Do you have a firewall and antivirus installed and up to date? Have you been able to do a recent virus scan?

When I'm on-line - it's a laptop

AVG paid for & Malwarebytes
Windows 8.1 (I think) & Firefox

AVG comes up with nothing

Try visiting laptops manufacturer website and downloading latest drivers, particularly the display driver.

Is the fan working, laptop getting overly hot?
