My dis has a Nintendo wii which is now past it's best cutting out due to overheating ect...... He has still got all the games so was going to replace it for his Christmas present. The mini wii is 89 or the wii u is 149. Has anyone got the wii u and if yes would you recommend it.

Thanks Miele I was hoping you would say no to a wii u phew!!!!!
My ds is 6 so still lives sleeps and breathes Mario so Nintendo is my only option I think.

He has xbox and loves minecraft, skylanders and disney infinity as well. Will look in some games shops tomorrow and try and get pre owned wii and just wait for him to realize there is life after Mario!
