Help with outlook?

I've installed & set up Outlook 2013 on a new laptop

It only has a few emails none of todays

Surprisingly it has some of the emails sent from my phone....no idea how that happened

Any help sorting it all out?

& we keep getting the same emails over & over again - it's driving DH wild!

I think he thinks he is popular & then gets upset when he isn't

I've deleted it all and started again & 'm still getting multiple emails on my other laptop & on my phone
