iPLayer programmes are not playing on Hudl tablet (Android).

The website uploads, I click on the chosen show and then the pink circle keeps on spinning and nothing happens. not even after 10 minutes. It used to work no problem. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but no joy. Anyone has any idea how to fix it?

Update it. Newest version on google app store is dated 3 November. Version: 4.4.0.235

cindy all the apps on the hudl update automatically, also I reinstalled just recently. Oddly, I can download the programmes and play them back. I will have a look again if it can be updated again.
