Hoping someone can help. I've noticed on Vimeo that there are videos on there with chart music used in them, on YouTube they would be taken down for copyright I think but on Vimeo they seem to stay up. I'm making a video for a friend and wanted to have it online so they could share it and show their friends easily and I want to use music.
Vimeo state in their FAQs that you can't have copyrighted music, yet like I said there are definitely videos on there that use it.
Any ideas?
