Help please!
DD's Samsung touchscreen (it's called a Next Turbo here, think is a mini s3 possibly in the UK?) is blocked.
I get Samsung Next Turbo logo, followed by phone operator logo, followed by blinking Samsung again. Par for the course. But then it goes no further.
I have tried factory reset/clear cache partition (I am speaking Martian here you understand, a teenage boy told me ^^ to do that) but problem hasn't been resolved. I've taken the battery out and done lots of technical waggling around.
I await your words of wisdom (in small words for a luddite please)
PS Have been on eleventy billion websites but see above about them all speaking Martian. (speaking of which, a wee Martian man appeared on the screen at one point telling me something about Odin3 downloading, but even he has abandoned me now)
