MacBook Pro or MacBook Air?

I am thinking of purchasing the MacBook Pro (not the retina one), or the MacBook Air 13 inch. Anyone have either who could tell me which they think is best? Would be using it for internet and photos mainly. Cheers!

Air. Faster, cheaper, lighter, better battery life.

Air. Since neither have a DVD drive built in anymore, lighter is better.

I have an Air and use it pretty much the same as you plan to.

I've the very wonderful Pro with Retina and highly recommend it in general. But for your needs I'd save money and get the Air - still an excellent machine.
