Mobile phone insurance recommendations??

DS1 - iPhone 4, so not an expensive one, but need to get it insured. Have just seen the awful reviews for Protect the bubble dot com. Can any wise Mnetters recommend a good, fair priced alternative, who actually do replace your phone?

I add mine to the home insurance, along with accidental damage of things like tv and laptop, etc. it cost only £20 for the rest of the 6 months left on the policy.
