The family are clubbing together to buy a tablet for BIL's 60th.
He watches a lot of youtube music videos, uses Google Earth and likes catch-up TV on BBCi-player and ITV whatever it's called so would likely watch films and music DVDs as well. He has arthritis in his hands so we want a decent size screen he can also use a stylus on, clip-on keyboard is not essential.
I think a 10 inch screen would be good, he had a 6 or 7 inch screen previously but found it too small for swipe type actions due to his inflexible hand movements in such a small space.
I reckon this one www.tesco.com/direct/samsung-galaxy-tab-3-101-16gb-wi-fi-white-tablet/421-3183.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=421-3183&ui=mercury&sc_cmp=pcp_GSF_iPad%2C%20Tablets%20%26%20eReaders_421-3183kpid=421-3183&sc_cmp=ppc_g__&gclid=CJCYxtO6scACFSKWtAodgUQAhg is good for the money
BUT one reviewer said BBC Iplayer won't work on it. Is this right and what about the ITV player?
If so, which tablet would it and other TV replay channels work on, our top price £300.
