everytime I go to type a URL in the search bar a list of the the pages I have recently visited shows underneath.

Anyone know how to stop this. Been fiddling about but its still happening.

Windows 8.1 if that makes a difference!

www.piriform.com/CCLEANER The basic one is free, and I use it every time I use my pc, have done for years. BUT be aware that it clears all your cookies, so you'll be logged out of eg FB, Twitter, MN... and have to remember all your passwords. It will, however, completely delete your search history, and all other histories.
