I Phone 4 S worth buying?

It's cheap to buy on the 02 site at the moment. It would be my first i phone. Is it worth buying now or maybe wait a while and see if other models come down in price?

I think the iPhone 5 price will drop soon. They're releasing the 6 in September. If you get one that's too old you might find you can't get the updates in a year or so and then some apps won't run.

I came late to the iPhone party and got my first one - a 4S - at Christmas. I love it (and hope that it won't become obsolete for a while yet...) I think it's absolutely worth it but then again it's not too long to wait until the iPhone 5 will be cheaper.

I'd be happy to keep the 5 but as it's 2 years old and well used it really needs replacing so I'll be getting a 6 at launch. I've had/ used other phones but (although pricy) iPhones are the best IMHO. Those who say the others are better are just jealous ;)

I don't think you'll regret it. Most of the "main" apps will run on old OSs.

I am looking in to getting apple care too
