Entry level smart phone

Can anyone recommend a cheapish smartphone, but with a decent camera. I currently have a really basic non smart phone. I don't use social media or listen to music or play games, so its basically texts and calls, but I would use the camera. Thanks for any advice.

I think the Lumia series have a good reputation for their cameras. Find which one is available at the right price point and check the reviews.
