Inkjet ink rubbing off my paper!

Can anyone help?????
it's recycled textured paper 110g so not very thick. It has a smooth side and a rougher side but it's rubbing off.

Is the smooth side the one to print on?

Is the ink the proper one, made by the printer people? Other makes of ink, though they may print , probably won't be as good as the proper (though more expensive) one.

If it rubs straight off seems to suggest it hasn't soaked into the paper.

i've solved it - and i realise I meant to put laserjet in my post. It was the fuser….
