An app for iPhone to photograph and catalogue documents

Hello,

Just as the title suggest actually. I am desperately trying to think of a way of better managing our piles of paperwork and I am tempted to try an app to help us out.

I have an iPhone, DH has an iPad and we have a MacBook as well so if there was anything the worked across those devices that would be perfect.

You could use Evernote.
If you made one account and signed in on all devices you could make notebooks and notes with pics of your paperwork.
