Can anyone help my son with his Nokia 520?

He hasn't been able to download any games and we're struggling to find any support from Nokia. We took it to the shop where it was bought but it's a Nokia issue and they don't know how to resolve it. TIA.

Yes, there is a xbox games app. Thanks tribpot, I checked out the online site with no luck. I'm really rubbish with tech. :(

You need to set up a windows live account , I have one of these phones , they are a pain at times ,

Brilliant! Thanks so much. We've added my account on his xbox and it says to wait 8 hours. We will check in the morning. If there's no joy, we will follow the further instructions.

Good stuff. I'd try again later, I think 8 hours is a maximum. I would try ensuring the date and time are correct in the meantime.
