Google Play / iTunes type stores for kids with pre-paid/gift cards? Would like to allocate DD a certain amount of credit each month as part of her allowance for Ebooks, music etc. Must I open an account for her to use (with my credit card details) or is there some sort of kid-friendly prepay version? What do other parents do?
