I have bought one of these devices from ebay second hand for my daughter, planning to give it to her in a week's tie. I have sat down to set it u and I think the vendor has done a factory reset, which is fair enough, but in order to download the package I need the serial number and I can't find it anywhere. Any clues where it might be? It is not in the back or in the instructions as far as I can see. You need to have it also to contact the tech support.
I have emailed the vendor five minutes ago but not yet heard back.
