Got my Samsung phone back from Carphone Warehouse yesterday who couldn't find a fault with the handset but had upgraded the software and reset it. Noticed it showed 3G but assumed that was just part of the change. Since then have had 2 messages about balance deductions made for data. Initially thought my mistake and checked the Wifi was switched off but now realise Packet Data was still activated in settings. Will these automatic deductions stop now ?
