I wondered if anyone can help me?
I put a new SIM into my phone which has avast anti theft app on it. My phone now thinks it is stolen and won't work. I went into my account on avast.com. I try to click the link that says I have found my phone (and hence be able to use it again) but it says it times out before it can find my phone. My phone is in my hand next to the laptop! Grrrr.
It keeps telling me to get avast to recognise my new sim but I have clicked on pretty much everything I can see on the page but nothing allows me to introduce my new sim to my avast account. Grrrr
Does anyone know what I can do?
I have tried to uninstall it via google play but it won't let me...
