Know anything about Freeloaders?

Not even the kind in the relationships freds!

We have 2x Freeloader Classic, and have never been able to get them to charge our smartphones. Allegedly one can never get that kind of charge up, but perhaps two can?

Is there any way to jerry-rig two Freeloaders together to do this?

BTW, I can see there's "Freeloader Pro", but if we can avoid spending out on it (and having to sell these puppies), we'd prefer to take the even greenier path. Thank you.
