I have twice gone through the rigaramole of downloading, 'do you want to run', permission to run said program, agreeing t&cs, downloading, installing, switching PC off to finish installing. All time consuming and looking no different from other installations I have made.......yet all that come up is a shortcut!
I have gone into 'computer' and put in Epson scan, and it will only list shortcuts as installed. Obviously if I press the shortcut it says there is no programme attached to this shortcut.
I went to the official Epson site. I have done this all twice (Epson driver, web updater, and scanner. All say only shortcuts.
Obviously not able to use fecking printer.
Frustrated and confused
