I have an error message for my BT email account - what does it mean (& how do I fix it)

It says:
Task '[email protected] - Receiving' reported error (0x80042104) : 'Your e-mail server does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the server.'

& I'm not getting the emails.....help?

Try rebooting your PC and see if the problem goes away. If that doesn't help try repairing your Outlook installation. To do this click Start, Computer then at the top of the window that appears click "Uninstall or change a program". Find Microsoft Office in the list, right click on it and select Change then click Repair.
