I've just been playing with Lightbot on code.org. From the look of it it helps kids understand the very basic parts of programming?

How good at coding would I have to be to make it worthy buying a Raspberry pi this Christmas? All I know is that things called 'java script' exist in the world of computers but I don't know what does what .

I used to be able to do circles and bleeps on my ZX spectrum....
