How do I find my laptop camera???

I know the 'eye' is at the top of my laptop screen but the button I used to click on has disappeared??????

How do I get it back?

If you're using a version of Windows try clicking on start>control panel and hopefully the webcam option is there. I'm running Fedora, a Linux based OS and I click on Activities>applications>Cheese.
