I have an Iphone 4 which is out of its contract period. im still with O2 on this phone but the bills are much less now.

my DH has a windows phone with O2 which still has another 15 months to go in the contract.

He hates his phone but isnt keen on spending more money.
he wont want to replace it and end up with 2 contracts running.

If i upgrade my phone onto a new contract and give him my iphone will 02 let him put his sim card from his windows phone in or replace the sim with a suitable fitting one?

Yes, I'm not sure what size sim goes in the windows phone but if it's a big one you can either call them up and ask for a micro sim to be sent out or just cut down the existing sim.

It has nothing to do with them what model of phone is used as long as you are paying the bill.
