Phone upgrade due.........

I currently have an iPhone 4, I am able to order my upgrade ASAP, I was going to wait for iPhone 6 but my phone has started to slow down so I'm thinking upgrade quickly.
I have had a blackberry before but threw it! Lol
Do I get iPhone again or try something else??

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5c. I'm really pleased with it. The camera is much better than on the 4. And there's Siri which is fun :) Much faster, and the increased screen size is better for viewing. Also have better 3G coverage (don't know if that's connected?!)
