I go through their menu options, listen to two cheerful pop songs, then after about a minute of a ringing phone I get the message 'Your call cannot be connected', and it hangs up on me.
It's been three days of calling at different times of the day. Is there any other way I can cancel? It seems like they are deliberately ignoring cancellation calls!
