DD's phone (galaxy Ace) has just started playing up at just a year old. Sometimes texts don't send or aren't received, or maybe received sometime later. This is intermittent, but she now doesn't trust the phone. Anyway, took it into the shop and they suggested a factory reset which we have done a couple of times. Seems to sort out problem for a while and then it starts again. The only other suggestion was that we send it away for repair. My concern with this is how much it might cost as it wasn't an expensive phone in the first place. Anybody have any idea about this? Do people actually have phones repaired even?
