On line TV?

I have Sky+ and have just discovered box sets on demand. Just as I have become totally addicted to Greys Anatomy I find out that it will disappear at the end of the month. I can only cope with an hour's tv a day and there are 9 series. I had naively looked forward to many months of viewing.
DS2 says nonchalantly, oh just watch online
Can anyone suggest a the best way to do this?

You could sign up to a service like Netflix which charges a monthly fee for unlimited TV and movie viewing from their library.

Lovefilm is another, similar to netflix, it's £5.99 a month and you can do a free trial on either. I have lovefilm on my tv, laptop and iPad.

I might try a free trial. Sky already costs a small fortune so I'm reluctant to pay more.
They have me with the planner and pause though.
I have tried other hard drives but nothing is as user friendly.
