  1. why does there seem to be two apps for everything? Like two app stores, two apps for viewing pictures, two apps for playing music etc? And what's the difference?
  1. We need to take DS1's Tab 3 back to the shop as it is behaving bizarrely. How can we save his minecraft progress onto the SD card?
  1. and actually, how do you get the blummin SD card out?!

  1. Because it runs Android which is far more open than Apple. It means lots of apps giving plenty of choice - there are generally far more than two apps for everything. It also means you get multiple apps doing the same thing from different vendors. If you are referring to stuff pre-installed on the tablet, some apps will be standard with Android, some will be ones Samsung has developed or chosen to include. Choose whichever one you like best. In general if Samsung has provided something it is intended to be better than the built-in option.
  1. No idea. Never played Minecraft on a tablet. There are plenty of backup apps on the Play Store. I would look for one that has good reviews and can backup app data. Watch out - some backup the app itself but not the app's data.
  1. If you have installed a memory card you go into Settings, Storage, touch Unmount SD Card then touch Ok. You then open the memory card slot cover and gently press the memory card in. When you release the pressure it should pop out from the slot so that you can pull it out.
