HELP re:Minecraft servers.... (help needed by Minecraft luddite)

The Young Donki (11 years) wants to spend some of his Christmas money on buying privileges on the Minecraft hypixel server.

I bow to the massed Geeks of MN - and beg help.
I am not entirely happy - but it is his money to waste spend.

You don't need to pay to play on hypixel. Only if you want extra 'privileges'.

shakey ds says use the left hand side joystick to move the highlighted option down until "survival mode" is blue, then click on A
