Any other cables than what both will come with?
Everything on sale , I have seen alongside or been offered an extortionately priced HDMI cable .
This has made me wonder if I actually need something else to make sure I can set them up together?
TIA

Usually, I would have thought would some with required cables.

There are varying qualities of HDMI cable, so some will be expensive, but I guess standard inexpensive would do the job.

My short hi-fi cable to connect CD player to amplifier was £90, and can go much more than that.

Adverts or equipment web sites often have a 'what's in the box' section.

It will come with a cable, but it won't be a HDMI cable, it will be a normal red-white-yellow cable. That will be enough for it to display and you can always get a HDMI cable later if you want one.

HDMI cables are fairly cheap but tend to be extortionately priced in places like HMV, Comet, PC world etc. Try an independent computer shop or I used to work in CEX and our store sold them for £3-6 depending on length.
